Castle Curiosities is the brain-child of Meredith Williams, a professional photographer, full-time Mommy, artist, and designer. Her love of creating combined with her overflowing cabinets of curios and arts supplies have led to the opening of Castle Curiosities.

Shipping
Due to the handmade nature of so many of our items, please allow 3-5 days for us to create your order. You will be notified via email when your order ships. If you need an item rushed, please email Meredith at meredith@castlecuriosties.com before you place your order. She will try her best to accomodate your needs!
Currently, we use UPS for our shipping needs. If you would prefer a different carrier, please email us at shipping@castlecuriosities.com before placing your order.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund on the cost of the item purchased or exchange on any items within 15 days of purchase. Please email us at returns@castlecuriosities.com to let us know you would like to request a return. We're sorry, but there is no refund on shipping/handling charges.
Damaged Shipment
If you receive your package damaged in any way, please contact us at shipping@castlecuriosities.com within 24 hours so that we can contact UPS and correct the problem.
Crediting Your Returns
We will credit your account on the card used for purchase once the return is received. Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be processed. Please note it may take 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. We're sorry, but there is no refund on Shipping/Handling on returned merchandise.
